In 2017, the State Council organized the Knights at the Fisher Cats event, setting up a bigger program for all members and their families all across New Hampshire. Our local council participates in that time.
There were 98 tickets sold. The game was entertaining, the between-innings events were fun (RATS! I didn't get a T-Shirt this year! ) and the kids and adults had a good time snacking. And the fireworks at the end of the game were awesome!
Ron Bourque arranged for priests from the Manchester residence to attend the game. When the time to go actually came, most of the priests excused themselves for either sickness or tiredness reasons. However, the tickets didn't go to waste. Many of their care givers at the home attended and had a good time. Ron said that the most important thing to the priests was that we gave the gift of our personal touch and the chance for them to meet and talk with new faces. Here are some photos from that night.
