| Annual Corporation Meeting & Election of Officers - Tuesday, January 31, 2012 |
Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Bishop Peterson Corporation to be held on Tuesday January 31, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Council Home. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect the Board of Directors of the Corporation for the period of February 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013 and for any other business that may be deemed necessary by the current Board of Directors.
Please try to make this important meeting. Remember all council members are also members of the corporation and, as such, have a say in the operation of our Council Home.
If you are considering running for one of the 14 seats on the board please let the secretary, Gene Bryant, know of your intentions so that your name can be placed in nomination.
